Bought this a couple months ago. I have the larger 200psi dewalt for outdoor work. This little one is compact, powerful and quiet running. Charges back up fast when it cycles. I do alot of remodeling and this one is perfect for indoor work.
My 20 year old double-stacked blue machine is still running well but it's a brute. Very heavy and horribly noisy. My back and failing elbows really appreciate this new unit, not to mention my ears! Plenty of power and thrust for my finishing needs. Well done Dewalt!
Pros: Lightweight, exceptionally quiet, and very compact.
It's quiet, and has enough scfm for most any air powered/pneumatic tools you might want to use. It's pretty light weight, the roll cage design is nice, and the rubber feet help protect surfaces it's placed on. It also won't flip over or slide around in your truck/van/trailer.
The cable wrap is on the opposite side of the power cord. Cable will likely strain over time and need to be replaced. Strain relief is almost non-existent at a glance. Hope to see this feature improved in a later design.
Pros: Quiet, Powerful, Compact, Stable
Cons: Cable wrap on opposite side of power cord. No strain relief on power cord.
USED THE FIRST TIME TODAY. USED IT WITH MY TRIM GUN AND RAN MY 3" NAIL GUN WITH ON TROUBLE AT ALL.
THE 36 LBS. WEIGHT IN GREAT TO MOVE AROUND.
THE LITE WEIGHT MAKE EASY TO CARRY UP LADDER TO PUT ON ROOF IF YOU LIKE.
THE YOU DEWALT FOR MAKING A NICE COM[PRESSOR
Pros: lite weight , CAN USE VERTICAL OR HORIZONTAL
