Racing
Crew Profile: Mike Calinoff

By Kevin Woods, Roush Racing

Calinoff serves as Matt Kenseth's spotter throughout the weekend. This very important job means that Calinoff becomes the eyes in the back of Kenseth’s head anytime the No. 17 DEWALT Tools Ford is on the racetrack. Last year, NASCAR mandated that spotters were now to be utilized in all practice sessions as well as the race itself. Calinoff has been spotting for race teams for over ten years and this marks his third season with Matt Kenseth.

A native of Smithtown, New York, Calinoff resides in Charlotte, NC.
