Product Review
Eleven saws tested, and DEWALT's DW708 is choosen as favorite.

January/February 1999

Authors Don Dunkley and Mitch Rolicheck tested 11 high-end saws before choosing the DEWALT DW708 as their favorite.

The 708's tight, solid feel and smooth start receives praise from the writers. Features such as the miter angle scale, sliding fence and blade guard are also pointed out. While the 708's cam-action miter adjuster is described as "the best of the bunch."

"After putting these tools through the grind for nearly a month, the saw that garnered top billing was the DEWALT DW708."
