The Driver's Thoughts on Lowe's Motor Speedway "I love racing at Lowe's Motor Speedway. Returning to the site of your first win is always special, and going back to a track we run really well at always helps.
"The 600 is an awesome race. It begins in the day and ends at night, so you have to adjust your car for the changing temperatures, and track conditions. Its definitely a race that keeps everyone on their toes." (May 2002)
"... the fall race seems to be a lot different. We have to race during the day. The track is more slippery and more moody during the afternoon." (October 2000)
-- Matt Kenseth, Driver
The Crew Chief's Thoughts on Lowe's Motor Speedway "Matt is great at Lowe’s. We're going to go for it."
-- Robbie Reiser, Crew Chief (May 2001)
The Spotter's Thoughts on Lowe's Motor Speedway "The view at Charlotte is as good as it gets. The '600' is obviously a favorite of mine since we won our first race there." (May 2002)
"This is also one of my favorite tracks to spot for Matt. There's just something about being so close to home at a track where we run well that is exciting." (October 2001)
-- Mike Calinoff, Spotter
