The Driver's Thoughts on Infineon Raceway "Road courses are not my specialty, and there are 10 turns at [Infineon]. It will be a pretty physical race, because of the constant shifting and turning left and right."
-- Matt Kenseth, Driver (June 2002)
The Crew Chief's Thoughts on Infineon Raceway "Although we do have a tendency to struggle with road course tracks, I believe we’ve been getting enough experience and we should fair okay. I think Matt has become pretty comfortable with them now as well, and as long as he knows we’ve built him a good race car he’ll have a great performance."
-- Robie Reiser, Crew Chief (June 2002)
The Spotter's Thoughts on Infineon Raceway "Spotting at [Infineon] is can be a little tricky. I can see 90% of the track very well and Robbie (Reiser) will be able to handle the portions that I cannot see. However, Matt and I will be using some unconventional language during the race. Instead of the normal inside and outside, I'll tell him left side and right side."
-- Mike Calinoff, Spotter (June 2002)
