* Suspensions: End-user has the ability to voluntarily suspend or deactivate
the system for a period of time without paying the activation and/or other
monitoring fees for that time period. End-users may suspend service for up to 3
times during any 12-month period or up to 3 months in any 12-month period,
whichever occurs first.
