Supply Chain Management Development Program

The Supply Chain Management Development Program is a two-year rotational development program designed to develop our future Supply Chain leaders.

The core of this program consists of four rotating job assignments, of six months each, through the four main segments of
The DEWALT Supply Chain:

  • Supply Planning
  • Customer Support
  • Materials Management
  • Distribution
During the first year, you will work at our world headquarters. Your assignments will focus on key areas within Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Customer Support, and Deployment.
  • Baltimore, Maryland
Your second year will take you to both our Manufacturing and Distribution facilities for assignments in key areas within Materials Management, Transportation Planning, and Warehouse Operations. For each assignment, you will be required to meet specific project plans and be evaluated on the results.

As a member of the Supply Chain Management Development Program, you will be given one of the most comprehensive training programs available in industry today. Specific courses will be conducted in conjunction with universities on technology, operations, and business education. The program includes extensive instruction and seminars, as well as cross-functional opportunities to experience areas outside of the Supply Chain.

At the end of the two-year training period, you will have the opportunity to move into a number of key positions at any of our locations, within any of our businesses, throughout the DEWALT Supply Chain.
