Warranty and non-warranty repair service is available through our network of company owned service centers in the US and Canada. A complete list of our US service centers will be found on our service center locator web page. Please contact the service center nearest you should you require repairs to your DeWalt equipment or you have questions regarding warranty or non-warranty service.

We also have a large network of authorized service facilities, which are independent companies authorized to perform warranty and non-warranty repairs on our products. In many cases an authorized location may be closer to you and more convenient. Please note that the authorized service centers do not participate in the free loaner tool program.

Should you need to ship a tool to a service center for either warranty or non-warranty repairs, please be sure that the tool is packaged securely and that it is insured sufficiently to cover any loss. Please do not send your shipment to our Hampstead or Towson Maryland address unless you are directed to do so.
