Q: How do I clean my cast-iron DW7461 Sliding Table that I use with my DW746 Woodworker's Table Saw?

A: The best solution to keeping your cast-iron DW7461 Sliding Table clean is to use pitch remover to clean the protectant off the table or any built-up gunk from use of the saw.  Other options include using turpentine or mineral spirits.  When applying the solvents, the best method is to "drench" a shop rag in the solvent and let it sit on the surface for a few minutes. For more information on your DW746 Woodworker's Table Saw and its FAQs, visit this link:  FAQs for dw746.htm
