Q: In my search to find an uncomprimising table saw for use in my small woodworking shop, I have settled on the Dewalt stationary table saw (dw746) for many reasons. I have a feeling you would be pleased with such a decision. My question, however, is as follows: With 1.3/4 horsepower motor is that going to require me to have an electrition come out and install more power.

A: The answer to your question is easy. The DW746 will run off a regular 120V 15A circuit which is common in most households. If you have a fuse system, you will need to purchase a slow blow 15 Amp fuse to run the DW746. This shouldn't require an electrician.
