How to Register a Product

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Visit dewalt.com
• Go to dewalt.com.
• Click the “Register a Tool” button in the top right corner.
2. Sign in or create an account
• If you already have a DEWALT account, sign in.
• If you’re new, click "Create an account" and follow the prompts to verify your email and set up your profile.
3. Access product registration
• Once signed in, navigate to "My Tool Box" in the left panel.
• Select "REGISTER A TOOL".
4. Enter product details
• Fill out the registration form with:
o Model number (How to locate your model number)
o Serial number (on the tool label)
o Purchase date
o Place of purchase
5. Upload proof of purchase
• For warranty eligibility, upload a copy or screenshot of your purchase receipt.
o For online purchases, ensure the screenshot includes: date of purchase, authorized retailer, paid amount, product name/SKU, and delivery date.
6. Submit registration
• Review your information and submit the form.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once your product is registered.
